Child must have a Pediatric Cancer Diagnosis

Child must be <18 months old when diagnosis issued

Child must be diagnosed the same year of application submission

Child's treatment must be administered by Texas Children's Hospital

In order to qualify for the grant an applicant must supply their Social Worker's contact information and grant permission for the T.O.P Foundation to validate application information with your assigned Social Worker.

We will notify your social worker of application acceptance to coordinate grant delivery.
